Delivery and returns
Delivery is inclusive on the Bird range of products to destinations within Mainland UK.Please email us if you require a quote for highlands and isles.
All orders are acknowledged with a written receipt of purchase and you will be contacted prior to delivery. Delivery will normally be made within 3 - 5 working days from receipt of your order, though this may vary throughout the season.
Larger items in the range are subject to extended delivery times, this will be indicated along side the product, and in some cases driver assistance is required.
Please contact us now if delivery time is critical.
Any problems relating to the product must be reported within 7 days from receipt of delivery. Any claim being made must be supported by your receipt of purchase.
